Sales Terms:
1)It is hereby informed that ''irgcustompc.com'' is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer.

2)We provide proper GST invoices for all products we sell. We do not sell products without a GST invoice. If you need your company's GST No. On the invoice, kindly mention the GST No. in the GST section while ordering.

3)A charge of 2% will be deducted as the convenience fee for orders that are cancelled by the buyer after shipping.

4)Products sold by IRG CUSTOM PC give a 7-day return policy in case a manufacturing defect is seen.

5) irgcustompc.com has the right to cancel any orders related to price or stock issues.

6)For ''Dead on Arrival'' products buyer needs to make sure that all the parts and accessories of the product are there in the box which comes with it; failing will result in non-acceptance as a ''Dead On Arrival'' case and will be treated as an RMA.

RMA/Warranty terms:

2)Manufacturing defect seen after 7 days will be processed for an RMA/Warranty claim.

3)Products with broken/burnt pins, pen/pencil markings, cracks, missing/tampered components / damaged warranty stickers will be rejected and considered warranty void in the above conditions.

4)RMA/warranty claims should be made at their respective service center.

5)In case we process the RMA/Warranty claim, the duration is as per the brand’s concern. Please do not argue with us about the delays, as we have nothing to do with that; we are just helping you to get your product serviced/replaced.

6)During an RMA/warranty claim, the bill and box must tag along at the service center.

7)Without Bill & Box, any RMA/Warranty claim can't be processed. Thanks for your understanding

8)For COD orders, a small delivery charge will be applicable.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

1)Orders are shipped through a registered courier (Delhivery) only.

2)Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days after confirmation.

3)The Delivery period may differ from 7-15 days depending on the customer's location.

4) irgcustompc.com is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company.

5) irgcustompc.com will contact customers via Call to confirm the shipping address before any shipment to reconfirm the delivery address. After getting confirmation, the shipment will be dispatched. Any claims/changes after this, we will not take any responsibility.

6)For orders below Rs.2999/-, we take a small delivery charge of Rs.99/-.

7)Tracking ID for orders will be shared through WhatsApp/sms on the registered Phone number.
